Application
Siwin-WET9565 is a polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane, featuring outstanding high-temperature resistance, wetting, and leveling properties. When incorporated into PU/PVC resins, it can extend the service cycles of release paper, especially for special release papers with embossed textures and deep grain patterns.
For new-type and high-gloss release papers, it avoids defects such as blooming and craters caused by asymmetric surface tension, and more than doubles the service life of release paper. Applied to semi-PU and PU resins, it acts as an anti-blocking agent; it improves wetting and leveling performance to deliver a smooth hand feel. Meanwhile, it helps prolong the service life of release paper, renders clear and full grain patterns, prevents pinholes, pits, and blooming triggered by excessive moisture, and enhances hydrolysis resistance.

Unopened containers can be stored for 1 year under an environment of 5~45°C.
Available packages: 25 kg plastic drums or 200 kg internally coated iron drums.
