The MB4002 formulation is made up of 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and comes in pellet form. This additive is commonly used to enhance the processing properties and surface quality of EVA compatible resin systems.

Benefits
It can improve resin flow ability, mold filling and release, and reduce extruder torque, resulting in faster throughput and fewer product defects. Additionally, it can improve surface slip, lower the coefficient of friction, and provide greater abrasion and scratch resistance. Compared to traditional processing aids or lubricants, MB4002 offers enhanced stability.
How to use
Addition levels between 0.5~5.0% are suggested . It can be used in classical melt blending process like Single /Twin screw extruders, injection molding. A physical blend with virgin polymer pellets is recommended .
