Cationic waterproof agent emulsion based on silane and modified polysiloxane

Siwin-WE4004 is a water repellent with a strong lotus leaf hydrophobic effect, suitable for various mineral substrates such as bricks, clinker, chalk sandstone, natural stone, or mineral mortar.

Depending on the absorption capacity of the substrate, dilute Siwin-WE4004 with water at a ratio of 1:4 to 1:9. Apply the diluted solution evenly and generously to the surface of the absorbent substrate using a brush or roller. To avoid missed areas, a twice-coat "wet-on-wet" application can be adopted.

Siwin-WE4004 is a silicone emulsion based on cationic emulsifiers. It is recommended to dilute it with deionized water or pure water or the calcium and magnesium ions in water may affect the dilution stability of the emulsion. Please dilute by slowly adding water to the emulsion under slow stirring. It is strictly prohibited to add the silicone emulsion to water.

It is generally recommended that Siwin-WE4004 be diluted with water alone for use. If it needs to be compounded with other emulsions, a compounding test should be conducted first to check for precipitation and flocculation. If any abnormalities are found, it indicates poor compatibility and mixing is not recommended.

Siwin-WE4004 is sensitive to frost and heat and must not be stored at temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C, as this may cause irreparable damage. If frost or heat damage is suspected, the usability of the product must be checked before processing.
